A quick update from the beginning of day 3 of the RTR (Rubber Tramp Rendezvous) in Quartzsite Arizona. We show you where to get the required yet free BLM permit as being first timers here we initially didn’t know where to find it. After being encouraged at the Women’s Meeting at the main RTR camp yesterday LaDonna has decided to offer free tarot card readings during the rest of the event.
